Humming Tutorss provide quality education for different countries including Ireland. We provide online tuitions in all subjects based on Irish Curriculum for Primary, Junior Cycle and Senior Cycle with an aim to provide efficient knowledge and understanding in an interactive way.

STAGES OF EDUCATION

1. PRIMARY EDUCATION

Primary education consists of an eight year cycle: Junior Infants, Senior Infants, and First to Sixth classes. The primary curriculum aims to provide a broad learning experience and nurture the child in all dimensions of life like moral, emotional, imaginative, social and physical etc.

We provide online tuitions from Year 3 to Year 6 in the primary stage. In the primary level of education, we focus mainly on English, Mathematics and Science subjects.

2. JUNIOR CYCLE

Primary Stage is followed by Junior Cycle which comprises 3 years of education. Junior Cycle education places students at the centre of the educational experience, enabling them to actively participate in their communities and in society and to be resourceful and confident learners in all aspects and stages of their lives.

Junior Cycle students take courses leading to the Junior Certificate, the State examination taken at the end of the third year of junior cycle, when students are 15 years of age. Subjects are normally studied at either Ordinary or Higher Level, although 3 subjects, Irish, English and Mathematics, can also be studied at Foundation Level.

In the Junior Cycle of education we focus mainly on English, Mathematics and Science subjects for foundation, ordinary and higher level of all years.

3. TRANSITION YEAR

The Transition Year (TY) is a 1 year program that forms the first year of a 3 year Senior Cycle in many schools. It is designed to act as a bridge between the Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate programs.

Transition Year is optional for students in most schools. There is no state examination at the end of Transition Year. Assessment is usually carried out on an ongoing basis and can include school-based assessment of projects or portfolios, oral, aural, practical and written activities.

In the Transition Year, we focus mainly on Mathematics and Science subjects.

4. SENIOR CYCLE

The Senior Leaving Certificate is a 2 year program that aims to provide learners with a broad, balanced education while also offering them a chance to specialize towards particular higher education and career options.

In general, students take 5 or more subjects (usually seven) for examination, one of which must be Irish. Subjects are normally studied at either Ordinary or Higher Level. Two subjects, Irish and Mathematics, can be studied at Foundation Level.

In the Senior Cycle of education we focus mainly on English, Mathematics and Science subjects for Foundation, Ordinary and Higher level of all years.
